I have worked with Vicky with some of my residents at my communities She’s very respectful to the residents abilities. Rather than focusing on what the resident can no longer do, she focus on keeping the abilities active. Being a caregiver is having a lot of Patience ,especially for caregivers Vicky is a great caregiver always putting the resident first. Her passion is to help and put thought of how she can assist the elder Dealing with seniors can be difficult because of effects associated with aging, such as loss of hearing, limited mobility, memory loss and poor eyesight but she always makes sure they don’t feel like they’re a burden but a loved one that needs assistance.
